110-300-0291(1)(a) Licensor observed the teacher in the room not within sight range of the infant sleeping in the crib. 110-300-0291(1)(d) Licensor observed the infant room not to have sufficient lighting so the teacher can observe the skin color of the sleeping infant. 110-300-0291(1)(g) Licensor observed a blanket under the infants head while sleeping in the crib.
